Terms of use

1. Rules and obligations of the Consumer
1.1 Sold valid (working) accounts, returns and exchanges not for travel, please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

1.2 If the data is changed or any actions are performed in the purchased account(s) by the official buyer, replacement is not possible.

1.3 In case of loss of access or blocking of a purchased valid account/s, replacement is not possible.

1.4 Validity check is carried out within 20 minutes after making a purchase, with a significant total number of invalid accounts above 10%, after the specified time, replacement is not possible.

1.5 If the validity check is carried out using public checks, proxy advertisements, etc., which led to the blocking of accounts, a replacement will be shown.

1.6 Replacement can be made only if invalid accounts are identified within 20 minutes from the date of purchase, with the provision of video confirmation checks from the moment the accounts are provided and verification of reliable information at the discretion of the site administration.

1.7 The erroneously substituted item cannot be used or altered and must remain as intended. In case of non-compliance, replacement is not possible.

1.8 The site administration is not responsible for any actions performed by the buyer after purchasing accounts. Personal circumstances, an erroneous order, the use of accounts in any cases that violate the rules of the site and lead to their blocking are not an obstacle to the exchange or return of funds.

2. Responsibility and honesty of the Store.
2.1 Selling an account is carried out only in one hand.

2.2 The accounts provided cannot have a different owner and cannot be obtained through theft or hacking.

2.3 After full payment, the goods are transferred to the buyer immediately in automatic mode, in case of any failures or circumstances that do not allow this to be done, no later than within 12 hours in manual mode.

2.4 The site administration is not responsible for the product after purchase. The buyer is responsible for all actions and consequences associated with the use of accounts.

2.5 The product must correspond to its description.

2.6 The store undertakes to issue the goods automatically immediately after purchase. In rare cases, delays may occur due to payment processing taking significantly longer than usual. Payment is often processed within an hour.

2.7 The moment of payment is considered to be the time of receipt of money into the seller’s account. The administration is not responsible for delays or failures caused by payment chains and banks.

3. Terms of exchange and return
3.1 When purchasing in the absence of a working account, subject to all the rules of the agreement, a replacement will be made for a similar one.

3.2 You can request a refund of the remaining balance in your personal account.

3.3 Refunds are possible only to the account from which the payment was made or to the balance of the user’s personal account.

3.4 Refund period is within 24 hours (payment processing times by payment networks and banks are not observed).

4. General conditions
4.1 The store administration is not responsible for the fate of the goods after the sale.

4.2 Before purchasing, carefully read the product description.

4.3 There is no guarantee for the performance of any actions and the validity period of the account.

4.4 Completing any purchase agreement with the “User Agreement”

4.5 The store administration has the right to change the “User Agreement” at any time without prior notice to the Buyer.

4.6 In case your payment was made by a payment system for verification. You should contact tech. store support, indicate: Payment system and start time of the transfer. After full payment, the store administration gives you the purchased product manually or automatically.

4.7 The store does not provide training or consultation on what to do with the purchased product, what safety measures to follow when using it, or how to log in correctly. Products always have an accessible description; all clarifying questions should be asked before purchasing.
